During your first three months at HSBC, there are a number of key people who will be available to offer you support and help you settle in.
- Your line manager Ultimately responsible for ensuring you have an engaging and meaningful induction experience.
- Buddy You'll be assigned a buddy from your peer group to help you settle in. Your buddy is the person to go to with any concerns or unanswered questions you might have.
- Your team ...has a key role to play in making you feel welcome.
- Other new hires You should have opportunities to meet and share experiences with other people who join at the same time as you.
