The Package
We have a globally consistent approach to pay and reward levels at HSBC. The value of your total package will be based not only on market levels and trends, but also on your performance as an individual, and on the performance of your HSBC business and the HSBC Group as a whole.
During your first week here, your line manager will share information with you regarding rewards and benefits. This is to help you understand how we go about rewarding our people. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions.
Through 'My Choice' HSBC provides a wide range of flexible benefits for UK employees. These can be tailored to meet your individual needs although eligibility for certain benefits is dependant on your grade and business area. To enable you to make informed decisions, you now have the ability to access the My Choice New Joiner Modeller, this allows you to begin to model your personal benefits package. (If you have not received a log on please speak to your recruiting manager).
You can access the New Joiner Modeller as many times as you wish. Please note however that once you exit the New Joiner Modeller (or the web session expires) all changes will be lost. If you have any difficulties accessing the link please try again later. Shortly after your employment start date you will receive a My Choice enrolment letter which will contain a Username and Password to allow you to register your flexible benefit elections.
